FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Noises Off! debuts at the Barrow-Civic Theatre mainstage on August 10.

This FCOA (Franklin Civic Operetta Association) production will be performed on the following dates:

August 10, 11, 17, 18 at 7:30 p.m., and on August 19 at 2:00 p.m.

Synopsis:

Brace yourself for the comic chaos of the hilarious play-within-a-play, Noises Off!

It is only hours before the opening night of a British adult farce, Nothing On, and the cast is hurriedly running through a final dress rehearsal before the audience arrives. With lines being forgotten, trousers falling, love triangles unraveling, and sardines flying everywhere, things couldn’t get any worse… and we haven’t even reached intermission! Can the cast pull their act together on the stage, even if they can’t behind the scenes?

Full of amazing surprises and glorious humor, you will relish every delicious moment of this classic comedy that The New York Post calls “the funniest farce ever written.”

This production is rated PG-13.

Cost:

Adults — $20.00; Senior/Military — $18.00; and Student/Child — $14.00.
