Norma B. Kelly, 96, of Oil City, died Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Oil City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born April 18, 1921, in Tidioute, she was a daughter of the late John and Ethel Dashner Taft.

Norma attended Tidioute High School. She had been employed by Loblaws as a deli manager. Mrs. Kelly enjoyed crocheting doilies and playing cards.

On November 9, 1939, she was married to James H. Kelly, who preceded her in death on May 21, 1977.

Surviving are two granddaughters, Debbie Ritts of New Eagle and Brenda Wise of Oil City; several nieces and nephews; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Taft; two sisters, Pearl Lucas and infant Ruth Taft; a step-daughter, Helen Cann; a grandson Billy Cann; and a great-grandson, Brian Blair.

There will be no visitation. Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Lamey Cemetery.
