Police Apprehend Man Wanted in North Carolina

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – The Franklin Police Department apprehended a man on Friday afternoon who is wanted in North Carolina.

According to the Franklin Police Department, around 4:33 p.m. on Friday, January 18, Officer Gilchrist, was dispatched to 611 15th Street for an incident.

Upon arrival, Officer Gilchrist identified all persons inside the residence, including 31-year-old Justin Bragg.

A check was requested for warrants.

Bragg was held for a warrant out of Lincoln, North Carolina, and authorities requested full extraction.

He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Matthew T. Kirtland and lodged in the Venango County Jail until extradition arrangements are arranged.
