Officials Investigating Death of Man in Warren County

SHEFFIELD TOWNSHIP, Warren Co, Pa. (EYT) — Officials in Warren County are investigating the death of a man that occurred Wednesday.

According to Warren County Coroner Jerry Borden, an autopsy is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday in Erie.

“I have my suspicions, but until the autopsy is performed I can’t say anything more,” Borden said.

Borden also said he wasn’t sure if the man’s family had been notified.

According to a story at TimesObserver.com, a man’s body was found in a car at a pull-off area on Route 666 in Sheffield Township.

State Police from Warren and Erie counties were on the scene as well as a State Police Forensic Team. Warren County District Attorney Rob Greene was also at the scene.
