Oil City Boy Battling Heart Disease, Pneumonia Returns Home

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City boy born with half a heart is currently battling pneumonia, but doctors allowed him and his mother to return home on Thursday.

Three-year-old Chandler Hagan has been in Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh with pneumonia since last week, but he is improving, and on Thursday afternoon he was discharged. Both he and his mother, Sheila, were able to return to their Oil City home.
