Details of the case:

A domestic dispute led to drug charges against Brickner and Harn.

According to a previous article on exploreVenango.com, Oil City police officers were summoned to a residence on the 700 block of West Front Street where Brickner was living with a girlfriend.

According to police, during the course of the investigation of the domestic dispute, officers observed multiple items they believed to be involved in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Police say that Brickner’s girlfriend, Harn, also “told officers he had been manufacturing methamphetamine at the residence within the last week.”

Based on the investigation, Patrolman Cory Ruditis got a search warrant for the residence occupied by Brickner and Harn. The search revealed items that included several spent or used “one pot” methamphetamine labs as well as the ingredients for the manufacturing of methamphetamine and pieces of drug paraphernalia.
