Oil City Man Accused of Disorderly Conduct in Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City man was accused of disorderly conduct yesterday on Upper Sage Run Road, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 11:20 p.m. on June 11, 26-year-old Joshua B. Vanepps, of Oil City, allegedly “used profanities in public and acted violently by threatening to smash out a car’s window with a wrench.”

Police say a disorderly conduct charge was filed against Vanepps at Magisterial District Judge Lowrey’s office.

No other information was provided.
