Oil City Man Accused of Terroristic Threats Following Incident at Area Medical Center

MERCER CO., Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City man is facing charges of terroristic threats following an incident at Grove City Medical Center on Friday.

Around 2:54 a.m. on Friday, February 22, Mercer-based State Police, Butler-based State Police, and Grove City Police responded to the Grove City Medical Center Emergency Room for a report of a disorderly patient.

Police say upon their arrival, 20-year-old Demarco Francis, of Oil City, was taken into custody and placed in the Mercer County Jail to await arraignment on charges of terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and criminal mischief.
