Oil City Man Arrested for Allegedly Endangering the Welfare of 6-Month-Old Baby

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – An Oil City man was arrested on Saturday for allegedly endangering the welfare of a child.

Police in Oil City said they responded to the State Street Bridge on Saturday at 2:12 a.m. to follow up on a reported dispute between a male and a female.

Police said that upon arrival, Jarred Uncapher, 19, Oil City, disobeyed offices and subjected a six-month old child to physically hazardous conditions.

Uncapher was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Endagering the Welfare of a Child.

He was lodged in Venango County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
