Oil City Man Arrested for Firearms, Drugs in Family Dollar Parking Lot

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police Department responded to a call around 9:00 p.m. on April 22 at the Family Dollar Store parking lot on State Street, in Oil City, Venango County.

According to police, 34-year-old Michael Edward Dahle, of Oil City, was charged with the following offenses:

– Firearms Not To Be Carried W/O License, Felony 3
– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

He was arraigned and released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 30 at 1:30 in front of Magisterial District Judge Douglas I. Dinberg.
