Oil City Man Arrested for Public Drunkenness, Drug Paraphernalia

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police say around 1:24 a.m. on July 19, an Oil City man was arrested for public drunkenness and drug paraphernalia on Pearl Avenue, Oil City, Venango County.

Oil City Police responded to a report of a male who was sleeping on a front porch of a residence in which he was not an occupant, according to police.

Officers discovered the known, 38-year-old Oil City man was passed out on the front porch, police say.

He was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Officers also found drug paraphernalia on the suspect, according to police.

Charges will be filed through Magistrate Fish.
