Oil City Fugitive Apprehended in Clarion County

SALEM TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A fugitive was arrested on Friday in Salem Township, Clarion County.

Clarion-based State Police say 27-year-old Joshua James Fair, of Oil City, was taken into custody around 10:02 p.m. on January 20 at a residence in Salem Township.

He is listed as a Fugitive from Justice/Pa Parole Absconder and is wanted for warrants in multiple jurisdictions.

Fair was lodged in the Clarion County Jail to await extradition.
