Oil City Man Charged After Allegedly Using Expletives in Front of Teachers, Students at Elementary School

CORNPLANTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say an Oil City man has been charged with Disorderly Conduct after an incident that occurred February 24 at Hasson Heights Elementary School in Cornplanter Township, Venango County.

According to police, the incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. when Justin Earl Rodgers was called to the school to pick up his son.

Rodgers had also been called to the school to pick up his son on February 11, say police.

On both occasions, he allegedly used expletives in front of teachers and other students.

Rodgers was charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct through District Court 28-3-01.
