Oil City Man Charged with Harassment After Allegedly Punching Franklin Man in Face at WalMart

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say an incident of Harassment and Disorderly Conduct occurred at WalMart on 10 Kimberly Lane, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, around 8:05 p.m. on December 8, 32-year-old Jose Luis Roado, of Oil City, and 46-year-old David Lee Cramer and 36-year-old Jamie Eileen Cramer, both of Franklin, allegedly entered into a verbal confrontation in WalMart.

Police say Rosado allegedly punched David Cramer in the face and will be charged with one count of Harassment through District Court 28-3-02.

Cramers will both be cited for Disorderly Conduct through District Court 28-3-02.

No other information was provided.
