FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City man is facing theft charges stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred in Franklin.

According to online court documents, Matthew Rus Swartzfager, 27, of Oil City, was charged on October 2 with the following offenses:

• Theft by Unlawful Taking of Movable Property
• Receiving Stolen Property

The charges are related to an incident that allegedly occurred on September 26.

Court documents indicate Swartzfager is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
