OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police say around 8:40 a.m. on November 24, an Oil City man was arrested for domestic violence at 11 Jefferson Street, Oil City, Pa.

According to police, Scott Allen Miller was arrested following a physical domestic violence incident at his home involving a woman and her mother.

Miller was arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey on charges of simple assault and harassment.

He is lodged in the Venango County Jail after failing to post $50,000.00 straight cash bail.
