Oil City Names Interim City Manager

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – Oil City Council has named Butch Truitt as interim city manager.

Truitt, who is currently the city’s public works department director, will temporarily replace city manager Ryan Eggleston.

Eggleston is leaving on June 1st to assume a township manager position in South Fayettte, Allegheny County.

Truitt has been the head of the public works department since 1998.
