Oil City Police Arrest Woman for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Trespass

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Oil City Police Department, around 6:44 p.m. on April 12, officers were dispatched to West First Street in Oil City for a report of a suspicious female in the area.

After speaking with several residents, officers located Kathryn Sloan hiding beside a house, police say.

During the investigation, she was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sloan was charged with the following offenses:

– 2 felony counts of Criminal Trespass
– 1 misdemeanor count of Disorderly Conduct
– 1 misdemeanor count of Theft by Deception
– 1 misdemeanor count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

She was arraigned in front of Judge Snyder and lodged in the Venango County jail on $25,000.00 bond.

No other information was provided.
