OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The Oil City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a teen wanted on an active warrant.

Police are attempting to locate 18-year-old Andrew William Shawgo.

Anyone who is concealing the whereabouts of Shawgo may also face criminal charges.

Anyone with information on Shawgo’s location is asked to contact Oil City Police Department, Patrolman Timothy Karns at 814-678-3080.
