OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police are seeking a wanted man in the Oil City area.

Around 9:41 p.m. on Thursday, August 30, Oil City Police responded to the North Side Country Fair in Oil City for a report of a wanted man, Devon McClelland, in the area.

McClelland is wanted by the Venango County Sheriff’s Department.

Oil City Police Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate McClelland.

McClelland was last seen driving a black Hummer H3 with flags hanging on the vehicle.
