CORNPLANTER TWP., Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City Runaway has been found safe.

Franklin-based State Police conducted a runaway investigation on an 11-year-old Oil City female.

The victim was reported as missing by her legal guardian at 3:15 p.m. on November 6.

State police reported on Monday, November 13, that she was found safe.
