Oil City Woman Accused of Assault Following Alleged Domestic Dispute

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, an Oil City woman has been accused of assault following a domestic dispute that occurred on Plum Street, in Oil City, Venango County.

Police say around 4:00 a.m. on April 25, 25-year-old Emma Penny Jolly, of Oil City, allegedly physically assaulted a 27-year-old Oil City woman during a domestic dispute.

A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Andrew F. Fish charging Jolly with Simple Assault, according to police.

No other information was provided.
