Oil City Woman Accused of Conspiring with Minors to Commit Burglary

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – An Oil City woman is facing felony charges in connection with a recent burglary.

On July 13, 2014, Oil City Police were called to a burglary at an East Second Street residence.

Following an investigation, it was determine that Lisa Stahlman, 32, of Oil City, allegedly entered the residence without permission and removed multiple items.

Police say Stahlman allegedly conspired with four juveniles to commit the burglary.

She faces charges the following charges:

– one count Burglary — Overnight Accommodation, Person (felony)
Present
– one count Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure (felony)
– one count Theft By Unlawful Taking-Movable Prop (felony)
– one count Conspiracy — Burglary — Overnight Accommodation, Present (felony)
– one count Conspiracy — Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Prop (felony)
– two counts Corruption of Minors (misdemeanor)

Stahlman was arraigned by District Judge Dinberg and placed in the Venango County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

She faces a preliminary hearing in Venango County Central Court on July 30, 2014.

Police did not indicate whether the juveniles were facing charges.
