According to a criminal complaint, around 4:49 p.m. on December 30, 2020, Oil City Police were dispatched to a business on East Second Street for a report of a theft.

According to the complaint, a known victim told police he was walking out of a business when he dropped his wallet on the ground. The victim told police he then made contact with Cain’s boyfriend and told him to tell Cain to turn the wallet into the Oil City Police.

According to the complaint, Cain did turn the wallet over to police, but it was then found to have no money or other items inside of it.
