CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a retail theft occurred on March 25 around 2:55 p.m. at WalMart, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, Kathy Ann Lakari, 60, of Oil City, was stopped by WalMart loss prevention personnel as she allegedly attempting to leave the store without paying for cube steak she had hidden in her coat.

Lakari was arrested for Retail Theft.
