Oil City Woman Charged with Retail Theft at WalMart

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – An Oil City woman was arrested for retail theft at WalMart in Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pa.

Franklin-based State police say around 4:00 p.m. on June 29th, Lacey Cubitt of Oil City, Pa., was arrested for retail theft at the WalMart Store in Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pa.

Charges were filed at District Court 28-3-02.
