OIL CITY, Pa. — The Oil City YMCA will host a Powerlifting Meet on Saturday, July 21, during Oil Heritage Week for men and women.
The “Sun’s Out, Guns Out” Powerlifting Meet will consist of three lifts including bench press, squat and deadlift. Weigh-ins begin at 8:30 am. Due to the growing size of the meet over the years, the meet will now be held in the YMCA gymnasium.
