imageedit_8_5920652888OIL CITY, Pa. – Things are getting personal at the Oil City YMCA. Katie Port, YMCA Health & Wellness Director and David McClellan, YMCA Personal Trainer, are available to personalize your workout to help you reach new goals.

Exercise isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another – that is why the Oil City YMCA offers Personal Training and Personal Coaching. The Y wants to help you to achieve your goals, whether it’s muscle gain, increased flexibility and strength, weight management, or just getting back on track.

YMCA certified trainers will help you get results with physical fitness customized for you. They’ll encourage and motivate you along the way and help you gain the most benefit from your program, while making steady progress toward your goal.

Personal Training with David McClellan is offered one-on-one or in small groups by appointment. Personal training will help you reach new levels of fitness and well-being through customized workouts. McClellan will help you reach the next level of fitness. The fee for personal training is $28/hour for members and $40/hour for non-members.

Personal Coaching with Katie Port is also available. It is offered in the Wellness Center to help you reach your exercise or weight loss goals. Katie will create a workout plan using a combination of cardio and strength training equipment and will meet with you twice or three times weekly by appointment. The monthly fee is $50 for three days per week or $35 for two days per week for members.

If you are new to the YMCA, free Wellness Center orientations are available with Katie Port or Peg Price. Orientations help you gain an increased level of comfort in the Wellness Center. Staff will show you how to use the equipment and help you get started.

To register for these or other programs at the Oil City YMCA, please call or stop by the YMCA.
