OIL CITY, Pa. — The Oil City YMCA will be hosting a retirement party for Russell “Buzz” Lockhart on Thursday, July 6, 2017, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The party will be held in the YMCA Multipurpose Room and is open to anyone who has worked with or known Buzz over the years at the YMCA.

Buzz has been employed with the YMCA in various positions for over 30 years. His most recent position was as the YMCA Younger Days bus driver, a position he held for over 29 years.

Prior to driving bus, Buzz coordinated youth sports and worked as a building monitor at the YMCA. He has been a member of the YMCA since the age of seven.

A pot-luck style luncheon will be held.

Anyone who has worked with Buzz or who knows Buzz through his service to the YMCA and community is welcome to attend.

The Oil City YMCA hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
