Oil City YMCA to Offer Free Sessions of Kids Yoga September 17 & 24

| September 14, 2019

OIL CITY, Pa. – The Oil City YMCA is launching a new program this month and is offering two free nights so kids can try it out.

Kids Yoga class will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm for youth.  Nicole Shreve, a certified kids yoga instructor, will teach the class for youth age six to eleven.  Each Tuesday in September will be open to youth to attend at no cost.

Yoga for Kids is an exciting program that will help with balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic skills.  Yoga for kids can help your child socially and academically by providing a better focus, increased memory, and improved behavior.

All supplies are provided for the class.

The class will officially launch in October for the monthly fee of $25/Members and $40/Non-members.  Participants can also attend and pay by the class for $6/Members, $10/Non-members.
