Pedestrian Hit by Vehicle in Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A pedestrian was hit by a car Sunday evening in Cranberry Township.

According to Venango County 911, the accident happened at 6:55 p.m. on Cranberry-Rockland Road.

The pedestrian was taken to UPMC Northwest by Community Ambulance.

The condition of the pedestrian is unknown.

Sources say the driver escaped injury.

Franklin-based State Police and Seneca Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

No other information was available.
