FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — According to Venango County 911, on Tuesday afternoon, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Washington Crossing and Elk Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

A representative from Venango County 911 told exploreVenango.com that the incident occurred around 4:14 p.m. on May 26.

Community Ambulance Service transported the pedestrian to UPMC for treatment of injuries of unknown severity, according to the representative.
