Local PennDOT Worker Saves Family From Burning House

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – According to sources, a PennDOT worker saves a family from a burning house along Route 28.

Sources say around 7:00 a.m. on August 28, 2012, Brant Cirrincione from Cabot, Pa., a maintenance equipment manager for PennDOT in Clarion County, saw a house burning along Route 28 in Boggs Township.

According to sources, Cirrincione had a neighbor call 911.

As a result of Cirrincione efforts, 21-year-old Bryan Yamal, 21-year-old Shantelle Harrelson and their two toddlers escaped the fire.

Cirrincione said he was running about 10 minutes late for work, as he forgot his wallet, when he discovered the burning house.
