Pennsylvania Governor Wolf Signs Three Bills Into Law

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Governor Tom Wolf signed three bills into law on Friday.

The following pieces of legislation are now law:

•House Bill 182 introduced by Representative Seth Grove amends the Pharmacy Act further providing for the authority to administer injectable medications, biological, and immunizations.

•House Bill 863 introduced by Representative Kerry Benninghoff names a portion of State Route 3006 over Spring Creek, Bellefonte Borough, as the Bellefonte Veterans Bridge.

•Senate Bill 485 introduced by Senator Joe Scarnati amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to further provide for the offense of impersonating a holder of a professional or occupational license. Specifically, the bill increases the grading for the offense of impersonating a doctor of medicine in specific circumstances.
