Penny Lou Johnston, 57, of Fairmount City, died November 10, 2018, as a result of a vehicle accident, in Clearfield County.

Born February 4, 1961 in Brookville, she was the daughter of Richard R. and Linda L. (Smith) Johnston.

Penny is survived by her mother, Linda Johnston of Fairmount City, two sons, Steve M. Riggle and his wife Amanda of Summerville, Joshua S. Riggle, and his wife Alexa, of Maryville, Tennessee, a granddaughter Addie Riggle, her grandmother, Jean Smith of Brookville, and two brothers, Richard L. “Bud” Johnston, and his wife Jill and Eric S. Johnston, and his wife Jacqueline, both of New Bethlehem.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard R. Johnston.

Friends will be received Wednesday evening, November, 14, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations may be made in Penny’s name to the New Bethlehem Little League, P.O. Box 23, New Bethlehem, Pa. 16242.
