Photos: ‘Taste of Talent’ Competition Continues in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin’s ‘Taste of Talent’ vocal competition continued last night at Bandstand Park.

Sandy McConnell, of Slippery Rock, was eliminated in this week’s competition.

Audience votes are tallied each week. Each judge has one save that they may use. If a save is used, 2 contestants will be eliminated the following week.

The competition will continue be held every Wednesday through July 22.

Competition finals will be held on August 1-2 at Bandstand Park.

Grand prize is $1,000, donated by UPMC Northwest.

Three finalists will receive $100 Cash & $100 Retail Gift Certificate, donated by Jake & Nancy Lindsey & Franklin Retail Association.
