Phyllis H. Small, 92, of Marienville, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Snyder Memorial Health Care Center in Marienville.

Born on October 9, 1924 in Nebraska, she was the daughter of Edgar K. and Inez Weaver Small.

Phyllis was a graduate of Edinboro University where she received her degree in Elementary Education.

She taught school in Florida, in the Orlando area.

She was of the Methodist Faith.

Locally she is survived by her nephew Blaine Small of Tionesta, PA.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong Funeral Home, 140 Cherry Street, Marienville, PA. There will be no viewing or visitation.
