FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police were called to the 1200 Block of Buffalo Street in Franklin on January 10 around 8:33 p.m.

Police were sent to the establishment for an intoxicated person who refused to leave.

Upon arrival Micah Lee Reagle, 33, of Franklin, was found annoying patrons, intoxicated, and refusing to leave, according to police.

A criminal complaint was filed through Distinct Judge Snyder on January 13, charging Snyder with defiant trespass; disorderly conduct; and public drunkenness, police say.
