FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Sugarcreek Borough Police filed charges through the Venango County District Attorney’s office against three juveniles for a theft from the 600 block of Wiley Avenue, in Franklin, Venango County.
Police say the incident occurred on July 30 and involved the theft and destruction of an ATV.
According to police, the juveniles range in ages 15 to 17.
The juveniles were charged with the following offenses:
– Theft by Unlawful Taking (Motor Vehicle)
– Receiving Stolen Property (Motor Vehicle)
– Criminal Mischief
