PRESIDENT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin State Police say around 4:10 a.m. Sunday a one-car accident occurred on US-62, east of Henrys Bend Road in President Township, Venango County, Pa.

According to police, 23-year-old Jonathan Koerber-Foster of Bethel Park, Pa., was traveling too fast for the wet roadway conditions and struck an embankment and overturned in his 2011 Ford Fiesta.

Koerber-Foster was not injured; he was not using a seat belt.

Police say DUI charges are pending Blood Alcohol Concentration results.
