FRANKLIN, Pa. – Franklin police officers responded to a report of a vehicle over an embankment near the 300 block of Atlantic Avenue last night.

Franklin City Police say the operator of the vehicle, 55-year-old Kenneth Garren, was located at the Corner Pocket Bar in Franklin.

According to police, Garren was highly intoxicated. He was charged with DUI.

He was processed at Franklin Police Department and later released.
