FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin Police, a theft from a motor vehicle occurred on the 400 Block of Grant Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

On May 5, the Franklin Police Department received information that an LG tablet turned into the Oil City Police Department was stolen from a vehicle in Franklin, police say.

After further investigation, it was determined that around 3:00 a.m. on May 4, 18-year-old Colin Klinger, of Franklin, allegedly stole the LG tablet from a vehicle in the 400 Block of Grant Street in Franklin, according to police.

Klinger is being charged for the theft via a criminal complaint, police say.
