Police Investigate Hit-and-Run Crash on Route 322

SUGARCREEK, Pa. (EYT) — Sugarcreek Borough Police say a hit-and-run collision occurred November 18 around 3:00 a.m. at Cornell’s Auto Body on State Route 322 in Sugarcreek, Venango County.

According to police, officers investigated an alleged hit-and-run with damage to the mailbox and post belonging to Cornell’s Auto Body.

It was determined the vehicle that hit the mailbox was a bronze 2005 to 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt.

Police located the vehicle later in the morning a distance away with damage that matched the parts left at the scene.

Police say the owner of the vehicle, Brisco Fuller, 20, admitted to the accident and alleged that he did not have a chance to contact the owner of the damaged property.

Charges against Fuller are pending.
