SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — An indecent assault investigation is underway after a 16-year-old Franklin High School student allegedly touched another student inappropriately at the school.

Franklin-based State Police said the 16-year-old male student is accused of kissing and touching a 15-year-old female student without her consent on February 20.

The case remains under investigation.
