FRENCH CREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, an incident of Fraudulent Charges occurred on Bombishi Road, in Utica, French Creek Township, Venango County.
Police are investigating a report of fraudulent charges from the victim’s bank account.
The incident occurred around 7:36 p.m. on September 12, 2014.
