Police Investigating Tionesta House Fire, Damages Estimated at $150k

TIONESTA BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – A fire occurred early this morning at 205 Bonner Street, in Tionesta Borough, Forest County.

Marienville State Police are investigating the cause and origin of a fire that occurred at the above described location around 1:50 a.m. on June 7.

The fire severely damaged a two-story residence and its contents, police say.

Damage is estimated at approximately $150,000.00, according to police.

The cause of the fire cannot be determined at this time, police say.

The victims of the fire are 50-year-old William D. Carll and 48-year-old Kimberly M. Carll, both of Tionesta, according to police.

No information was provided on whether there were any injuries as a result of this incident.

The investigation is continuing.
