VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say an investigation is ongoing in an incident of theft from the Shell Oil Grounds located off SR-428 in Venango County.

According to police, known actors allegedly removed an abundance of steel without permission from the oil grounds at an unknown date and time.

The estimated total loss is $500 to $1000, say police.

Further details, including names of the actors, were not released.
