According to a criminal complaint, around 10:37 a.m. on September 21, Randon Lee Gagliardi was brought to UPMC Northwest to be admitted. Gagliardi brought with him items marked and identified as his possessions, including a red and black duffel bag and a plastic bag containing clothing.
