Police: Oil City Man Allegedly Takes Off Shirt in Bar, Challenges Other Patrons to Fight Him

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — On July 27 around 2:29 a.m., Oil City Police officers were dispatched to Billy’s Bar on Seneca Street in Oil City for a man causing a disturbance.

Police say Timothy Geiger, of Oil City, was allegedly found shirtless and intoxicated upon officers arrival.

Witnesses stated Geiger took his shirt off and was challenging other patrons to fight him.

According to police, Geiger was cited with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.
