OAKLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are investigating an incident of theft by extortion that occurred in Oakland Township, Venango County.

State police say sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on January 5, an unknown perpetrator(s) obtained a video of a naked known, 19-year-old Oil City man.

The perpetrator(s) demanded money from the victim in exchange to not release the video to friends and family of the victim.
